Yo maybe its very personal but I thought it might be important to share because a lot of young guys are watching this. Me and my wife tried to have a baby with no success for almost 2 years. I checked everything about my body, I had low sperm count but testosterone was pretty normal (430 ng/dl). I was drinking 1 energy drink a day in average as a preworkout and doc told me to try getting rid of that habit to see if it will have any impact on my results.
