Hell never be the strongest till everyone can compete even those in prison

I'll never appreciate the worlds "strongest" anything because they never counted my cousin in prisons world record breaking in prison his dad used to hold the title then his son beat it after his dad had already beat it once after he beat his own record but they never counted it

2:07 as a Christian, I would 100% agree. For many Christians, this is anti-anxiety/anti-stresa medicine. Along with prayer and strengthening your mind/core beliefs. I absolutely believe this contributes to longevity. Also, singing helps you look younger, and that's also something that Christians do at least weekly. I believe a youthful countenance is a sign of connection to the God of the univserse, and on a scientific level I think it can be helpful for people to read, sing, and contemplate. Edit: wording

Great work my fellow man. I'm also a short person that can lift 3 times my body weight. When I was in prison I was told I was the strongest prisoner. Told by a old timer that was in numerous different prisons. A lot of inmates wanted to work out with me. And wanted to know how I got so strong.

1200 calories???!!! No wonder many of them regained the weight they lost. This isn't healthy physically or mentally. I weigh 116 lbs and would starve on 1200 calories. That's insane!

I got in a rollover car accident that fractured a vertebrae in my lower back, and after a couple years of lower back pain, the only thing that stopped it was starting to deadlift. Slowly and carefully, obviously. I'm also a climber, so I lift to supplement that. Since starting deadlifting, it's improved my ability to toe down hard on footholds and create tension through the posterior chain.

12:55 I looked this up when I started watching what I was eating a while back and it’s because they put less cheese on pizzas with toppings. Which makes sense because if cheese is the only topping, then you need more of it to balance out the other flavors. But if smth else is on there, you don’t want the cheese to overpower it.
