Hats off to you - job well done! I was a park ranger and could easily rack up 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day, because I also raised and lowered flags all over the battlefield.

Your constant cracking of lame jokes plays like a more recent Marvel movie and seems to be a sign of insecurity. There's no need for you to be, you are awesome. The occasional clever joke is great, but stop over doing it. We dont want to get sick of you any faster than necessary. 😊

You chose to go during the summer months, June-August, when they offer free access to high school students. Although crowded, early mornings are still the best times to go. Smart marketing on PFs part to attract future members, but also a great motivation for teens to incorporate a fitness program into their life. The Black Card has allowed me to go to anywhere there is a Planet Fitness, including CDMX

As an Indian, while 8 dollars is not much for you guys, for Indians its 640 rs. If you go to restaurants u can eat a nice meal for that much money. If he gets approx 4 sessions a day he will be making 6.5 lac Rs per month which is a pretty decent salary for most middle class indians. Please everyone go check out his training program and give him all support.

I'd be pretty annoyed if you were at my gym taking up 5 different machines and weights simultaneously mate. It's not considerate for other members. That workout plan from Greg Doucet is not appropriate for commercial gyms as you mentioned Will!

I’ve only been watching for a few weeks now but this video hit home. I was never that size but I am bigger. The part where he talks about making jokes at your own expense is so true. Proud to say I’m 150 pounds down now and going to the gym 6 days a week. Because I have been (still am) on the other side if I see a bigger person in the gym I usually try to give them a fist bump and tell them to keep grinding. This world needs so much more positivity so if you see someone in this situation tell them to keep going. It just may change their life.

If no one is buying the little bit of produce in the store, why would they add a greater supply of produce? If there's no demand, supply won't increase. They want the packaged cookies and wonder bread.
