This girl is so nice I could listen to a 2 hour show as to how showlaces are made, which material they use, why the different length, how they squeeze them at the end, why they snap, when to change them, how to remove a knot in case they get tangled and how to not get tripped on them.

I am stuck at my desk all day and struggle to get exercise in, and struggle to finish at 5pm, so using this could help me prioritise my self care rather than flogging myself at my desk.

You need to prioritise it, of course I don’t know your circumstances and I won’t say too much! But when you finally take the leap and view exercise as important as work or every other thing, you won’t regret it. Bonne chancé

My usecase for a garmin wearable would probably be the HRV status, catching variations in recovery and immune system activity early would be a blessing. Also having good sleep stats. Battling a sleep disorder, and half the problem is having an accurate sleep diary to bring to appointments. How would I know what time I fell asleep?!
@Magnulus768 ай бұрын
I find EliteHRV very helpful, I use that in conjuction with Garmin Body Battery on a Venu SQ. EliteHRV is very good at telling me if I should focus on recovery, or if I might be getting ill.

My life is always so hectic managing work life, family life, and running life. So I find it hard to take care of my wellbeing and fitness. Winning a Garmin watch would be so so helpful to enhance my daily routine and manage my health and fitness goals. I just know it will bring me that extra layer of motivation to prioritize my health. Great video. The first thing I check each morning is Garmin Connect. I check how much sleep I had. I check my recovery score and resting heart rate. I also go back to the previous day's information and check what my stress level finished at. I try to modify my daily actions based on the numbers I see. I feel much better and know I am making healthier decisions because of the information my watch provides.

I’ve recently restarted running again following 6 months of a period of illness. I’ve found the Acute Load and Load Focus stats really help to see when I’m pushing too hard. It also helps as my recovery times are longer at the moment whilst my body is still recovering. I’ve also learned to listen to my body much more as I slowly start to build my stamina back up and try not to overdo it too quickly.

I think the great thing about the Venu 3 is the integration of fitness and wellness. How our sleep, day (and menstrual cycle for the ladies) can all factor in to how our training goes or also how to adjust our training according to these things. Love that Garmin is factoring all of this in! Thanks for the great video ❤
