I gotta say there were a lot of songs that formed my teenage years during the 90's and this was one of them. I associate this song a lot with King of the Hill as they both air around the same time frame where I grew up....Nashville to be exact. 103.3. WKDF had the best rock station. The Top 9 @9:09 was something to be around for every week night. As much as I love being able to look up any song I want on a whim, I truly miss having to sit by the radio to listen to a song that I loved. When it came on it meant so much more to me than it does now as I can wear that song into the ground if I want. CDs were expensive and cassettes just weren't the same. If you didn't grow up during that time you wouldn't understand. I think that's why this music hits so hard for me.
