Diasporas have to very care when buying lands in Ghana. You have to go directly to the chief to find out about that land. Scams all over because there are no rules and regulations when it comes to lands and builders.😌😭😭

Ghanian government need to ban diaspora from purchasing land except they want to buy existing fully built property to avoid this misunderstanding. If Ghana does not protect diaspora then Ghana will suffer for it. Most African countries do not work unless you are connected with the right people.

Bringing people who will do nothing but complain, at a point the one receiving the complaints gets tired. Nothing changes over night, it changes with time so if u can’t stay, you leave.
