Being a content creator on KZbin is a grind. Especially if you are creating travel videos. The amount of work to create these videos likely exceeded the work you were doing as an engineer. I don't blame you for wanting to take a break. Its really hard to sustain a weekly output. Get a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual reset on your break. It appears you have the right mind set going forward. Good luck.

I have a motovlog channel too Kseniia, nowhere close to as many subs as you have, but there are still a few who like to watch my videos too. Last year I had the same kind of feelings, and wondered if I should take a break, or maybe even stop completely making the videos. Then I took another trip and this time without any cameras. I found that while I was out there, I didn't feel like I was free'd. I felt like I was missing something. I felt... alone. After getting back I noticed quite an outpouring of support from the few that do watch, every one of them disappointed that I stopped filming, but still supported my decision. My channel even continued to pick up subs when I stopped. And I realized that it wasn't for the money, or the subs, or any sort of self glorification of being a youtuber, it was just the sheer fun of filming my adventures, using my creativity, and sharing it with others that was what I was really enjoying. And I missed that. I too have a "day" job and my income comes exclusively from that, so like you, I film these videos in my spare time and they are not a source of income or a career. I tell you all this because if you are anything like me, you will come to realize why you film the videos too, and I wouldn't be surprised to see you posting new content sooner than you think. Until then, take that time you need, and discover this for yourself. Good luck!

If you take a look at Itchy Boots, Charlie Sinewan and TheMissendenFlyer, they handle there online adventure very well, because they love what they are doing and have a great life out of it. I have seen a lot of your videos, and it has been a fact for me for a long time, that this video you have postet here now, would come. Sorry to say, It shined out of you that you where very tired of it all and that you have lost the momentum for your audience from the previous videos. Life is not a race, it is a journey-a unique and personal one for each individual. We are all on different paths, with diverse experiences, talents, and aspirations.
