Honest answer would be, there is no doubt he's going to Re-run eventually so not like he will be gone forever. But i always ask myself, "would skipping this character make me want to play less" and if the answer is "Yes it would" then i at least try to pull for them if able This all depends though, do you care more about the challenge you set out for yourself or getting a character you really want, no one would fault you either way. I know this is a serious answer for what is most likely a joke but ive been there before so i know how it feels haha

I'm not sure if I would call it the best. It had some issues like Qingyi's with clarity BUT it definitely is the most visually striking and artistic with its use of colors and animation. Not to mention his teaser by far was the best animated teaser to date.
