You know, we had these "speak out" assemblies at my school, where people could talk about things like coming out as gay. I remember there being one kid who said they were the first to know...and another saying they were the last to know. As in their friends/family had to repeatedly inform them before they figured it out. Obviously context is everything, and I'm not able to give a _ton_ of advice, but generally speaking...I feel like the friendships where I felt comfortable talking about stuff like that ended up being the deeper friendships, because we understood each other's boundaries. Your friend could be straight, gay, bi...heck, could even be ace. But if you have a feeling in your gut, I'd say to trust your gut. I have a friend who is Ace, and they get very flirty/kiss friends when drunk. It's their thing. While I don't really get it, I'm happy as long as my friends know what they're doing.
