The M5 which was nicknamed the shed is making an appearance at long lost I think. Makes sense to sell his current one given the fuel price crisis at the minute and free up his cash not that calv needs it hes minted. Also the golf R must be nearly ready to be back on the road also. I cant wait to see them both back on the channel

Bought one of these 2 weeks ago on a ‘20 plate, same colour scheme. Traded in my Panamera 4e hybrid. Great engine but very hard ride even in comfort mode and I find the steering a bit “skittish”. Very thirsty too but glad I have the opportunity to own one; it is very quick, even more so than the Tesla 3P I owned before the Porsche.

Buy an e63s, and then look back with regret when you realise the M5 is the best all rounder ever. I had an e63s while on holiday in Dubai and the interior quality was shocking, not as good as it should be. The infotainment is a bit annoying as it has the trackpad thingy. Not as comfy or as dynamic as the M5 🤷🏽‍♂️

To those more knowledgeable than myself; is it a good idea to run modern cars low on fuel? I was under the impression that the fuel in the tank served as a coolant to the pump, so running it low could cause premature failure. Obviously that would only apply to tanks with an internal pump though.

There are two things to consider when running low on fuel: 1. Having a low amount of fuel and filling the tank. The fuel pump won't like the sudden drop of temperature in the fuel and might fail. 2. Any debris on the fuel tank will be picked up when running on low fuel. My daily run around car, a 57 A Class runs quite bad when I'm getting low on fuel but things go back to normal as soon as I fill it up. I'm no mechanic and I'm running very old cars (the second point might not be that important on newer cars).
