I wish my daughter didn't say no to me.. she bakes these wonderful pastries and I offer her ridiculous amounts of money for even 6...and its always a flat out nope...She says she doesn't have time...I gave you life! Make time!😂 Some people are gifted with the gift of bake and some like myself are not lol..

Y’all I am one week in watching this young lady, and I just love her! She is a great storyteller. For some reason I said this is for a loved one ( last minute too 😂). Well, I can definitely relate because my only daughter and my oldest granddaughter does it to me all the time. 😅 It was a joy to watch. 🤗🥰

I am glad that my Family lives in Germany and my Husbands Family 2800 miles away from me, so no baking for them but I have to cook German Food when I get there and of course the cost is on us. My Husband tells me it's always a Gift no matter what it is.

When I owned my studios I only accepted bookings with a no refundable 50% deposit. I did give them 72 hours to cancel. After 72 hours no refund.

I took on two orders, both gave plenty of notice, due same time, same day, at least I got both to meet at Same place.... Down fall? Got a friend who owns a restaurant. She was majorly short handed, started calling in friends.... I was the only one to answer.... 3 nights.... In which I should have been making my decorations but thought naw I got all day Monday and Tuesday.... I get get cakes and cupcakes baked, frosting mixed.... Today was supposed to be fill stack Frost and decorate.... Half way through the day I was half was through a cake, then dropped it in the floor..... 11.5 hrs it took to mix bake chill trim fill stack crumb coat frost decorate get pictures box up and decorate two pull apart cakes....

I feel this video so much! XD though I charge my mom for my goods lol. he cake is beautiful, so sorry to see it fell on the journey, would a wooden skewer driven into the drum have helped? I refuse to do small, tall cakes like this because they just look so unstable.

It didn’t go all the way through into the board and I knew it, but thought, oh it’s small it’ll be alright. And it probably would have if I was able to chill it before we left. We just turned it around to its good side for the party lol

I had a catering business for five years. A friend and prof cake baker gave a great advice when I was starting out. Order must be paid in full within 14days of event. Or, u don’t have cake/food day of event. Food is perishable. If u want best quality ingredients u plan ahead to have those best products. Customer Has a change of plans, or in the case of a wedding, Good is the last thing that gets paid and they have overspent their budget. I have a lot of food on your hands. So pay yourself first cu I have spent a lot of time getting their Oreo items done way before payment otherwise. Pay u first.
