I just move to the US not long time ago and I love baking but I don’t know how to start or should I sell because someone told me, everyone can bake made me lose my confidence to keep going. Started thinking will people love my goods or will they buy it.

I wish my mon would allow me to add any type of icing on the cakes I make it's always dry when I eat it and I always need milk or water with it and it doesn't taste nice-

Just made this and made in a small portion and it turned out so good. The taste is amazing. I used 1 stick of butter to 8 ozs. of powder sugar and i tsp. almond extract and it turned out great , Nice smooth and spreadable. Thanks 👍👍

It's not as sweet as American Buttercream but unfortunately is not as smooth as Italian or Swiss meringue. It still has a gritty feel in mouth because of the powdered sugar.

Those look awesome, I laughed when you said measuring was your least favorite part of baking, I'm the opposite. I'll gladly measure and weigh all day. it's the piping and decorating that i hate the most. We all have our ways, and thank God we're not all the same, life would be boring, boring, boring.
