I like this size. Sometimes I want a piece of cake but I don't want an entire cake this is like a shareable slice for 2-3 people the price is fair!

Quick question, does this buttercream eventually start to get hard and crust or does it stay light and silky for hours upon hours? My buttercream when it's freshly done it's amazing, but after 2 3 hours it'll harden and I just hate that. Please help

My grandma always told me that baking cake from the box is not baking. Anybody can just pour in the flour. Add an egg and some oil and call it a day. So that’s why I do not like to use the box.
