I feel for you! Anxiety is very hard to deal with! My sister was recently crying about her bad anxiety and panic attacks she was having for quite some time now. For me personally my anxiety usually comes from the fear of what others think and worrying about the past or the future, but there are times when I simply just wake up with it or get that worried feeling sneaking up on me out of nowhere even when my mental state was filled with a positive outlook on life. I could elaborate more, but enough about me. You're really pretty! You got a sweet voice! You got courage! You got what it takes to bring these anxiety levels down!

I just started listening to podcasts, ok maybe I'm a little late to the game! As a photographer, most of mine have something to do with that, but a general one that I really enjoy is "Stuff you should know" All over the board as far as what the topic might be, but always something to learn! Sorry I don't have tips for your Anxiety. I often worry about things I have no control over, but it's doesn't get out of control for me. I empathize with you.

So I do the same thing, I think it's normal for intelligent people, and unfortunately I don't have a solution, I'm just writing to let you know you're not alone and I wish I could help and you're being thought of fondly.
