I think she will . She knows she deserved to lose and she is going away to improve. She’s a top fighter, admitted she was beat fairly and is going away to learn more and has stated very clearly she’ll fight her again. Perhaps you should do your research. And although you don’t win belts for being nice she’s an amazing woman while Clarissa is completely awful human being. Absolutely awful and has no class as a person

Hope Savannah and Peter get the Shields rematch and change things up to better suit Savannah's strengths. Her default style plays to her physical advantages and impressive punching power but it wasn't used vs Shields, maybe they overthought the preparation, hindsight's 20/20 i suppose I'm confident if they revert to type in a rematch Savannah wins, especially with home advantage; in America i'd back her to stop Shields - my hunch is Shields realises this too and wants no part of it, hope I'm wrong

Savannah u are very talented and there's nothing wrong with being a little bit self critical ( I think we all are are times) but u should always watch ur fights even if u hate it as u can learn so much about urself u can spot ur weaknesses and then work on them also always watch ur opponent fights before u fight them to get an idea even tho the game plans are always different to each fight but u can still sus how a fighter is, and Peter is so well respected as a trainer u mite have a few fall outs but one thing is certain peter will always want wots best for u and if he says he believes in u then he does as he don't talk no bs ...good luck for the future keep ur guard up in and out the ring if u know wot I'm saying godbless ❤️👊 warriors in our hearts ✊

she blamed fury for the game plan as i remember. she said fury was pushing her during the fight against shields and she (marshall) thought it would have been better to out box shields rather than go all out against her like fury wanted her to. looks like a bit of damage control now as she back pedals on her previous comments. would have been better to leave it as it was. marshall was probably right and fury was probably wrong but the trainer - boxer relationship can`t accept that. fury took her to a major loss, that says it all.

@@stuungar3390 you mean tomato cans, how did peter fury describe all the other female fighters in that division prior to the shields fight, ah, a bag of shite is how he described them. so your claim to major wins is deluded. she could have won all her previous fights with any trainer. those wins were nothing special. when it did count in the shields fight the tactics/game plan was a major mistake as the fight result confirms.

@aticus aticus - it was a childish sarcastic reply - sorry. Peter trained Marshall from a complete beginner to 2nd in the world, I think he did an amazing job. Shields was too fast, accurate. Who knows, if Marshall took a more stand back passive approach, it starts to become hindsight. If Marshall caught Shields with that one punch, Peter would be hailed as an all time great coach, it didn't happen, and she lost that one fight. Once again, sorry for being a pleb with my sarcasm

She needs to box shields let’s her do the coming forward. Use the big jabs combos. Use the ring. Savannah can out box her. By doing this all the way. Home. Use the ring. When Claressa talks about their fight she talks like it was easy for her or she knocked Savannah out. It was a close fight. Savannah was stronger but Claressa was a little slicker. It was not a blowout and next time they fight since Claressa won the first time she would be the favorite but it could again go either way.
