Thanks for this great recipe. Instead of frying I coated the boiled yucca with coconut oil and then air fry. It came out crispy as if it was deep fry. The dip was also delicious.

Definitely a favourite. We call this UBI. I cut into french fries shape, half boil them then marinade with tumeric powder, salt & coriander and fry them crisp. Another recipe - boil, once cooked drain the water, drizzle with honeynor sprinkle with sugar. Place it back on the stove over light heat till sugar caramalized. We also bake it...omg 😋
