I don’t know why people are arguing about sanitation. Western way and our way of sanitation is completely different from each another. We bought this fish like that from market and washed it thoroughly several times at least 5 times before cooking it. And we cook it more than 100 degree celcius which is enough to kill any bacteria or germs. Western people don’t know the process that's why they are arguing about sanitation.

Saying western way and our way of sanitation is completely different is just ridiculous, that whole area is insanely unsanitary by any standards. Look at the cutting board full of guts and blood before he even started. Just because you do things "differently" doesnt change that fact. Your standards are completely different, not the sanitation.

@@dhaliapandit2876 Plenty of potential transfer of harmful bacteria. His cutting board is never cleaned, nothing is really washed after guts are removed. None of that shit is sanitary and can lead to some really nasty shit.

I am seeing a few comments from western audiences in this video who are criticizing the way this man is cutting the fish. Allow me to let you give a few pieces on info on that. Unlike the fish species found in western hemisphere like that of the large and small mouth basses, trouts, salmons, flatheads, american catfishes, mackarels, chads e.t.c..........those fish species found in asia are completely different in bone structure, particularly the carps and related species. As such, they cannot be filleted as is generally done for other western fishes.....this is the only way they can be prepared and as is done since thousands of years. In fact, this is one of the reasons contributing to the invasive nature of these fishes in amercan waters. Since the ordinary western folks don't know how to prepare and consume them without filleting, they remain deprived of eating them and keeping their population in check. Since these carps already don't have any natural predators in those environments, they breed like crazy and there's no way to keep them in check, leading to the invasiveness of these aisan carps
