Juicy tuna salad - The colorful pasta salad with lots of crunchy vegetables and tuna not only tastes wonderfully fresh, the salad is also easy and quick to prepare and looks wonderful. Ingredients for the colorful pasta salad with tuna:
300 grams of pasta, 1 teaspoon of salt
1 red pointed pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 small cucumber
140 g corn
2 spring onions
1/2 green apple
260 grams of tuna (2 cans)
Salad dressing:
1 - 2 teaspoons of mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 - 2 tbsp Aceto di Vino Bianco (white wine vinegar)
1 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of sugar
100 g yogurt
salt and pepper
