I think if Tyson was permitted a proper defence, which would include questioning the character of Ms. Washington, he would have been found not guilty Aside from that, minor things that make me think he didn't do it like admitting to all kinds of other horrible crimes but maintains his innocence about this. He didn't need to rape anyone and there was very little evidence aside from Ms. Washington's testimony.
