I never watch Anime so I decided to watch Spy x Family S1E1 | Reaction Video

As a long time anime enthusiast I think this is an excellent anime to start with. This show is lighthearted and has a broad appeal. The only people I can see disliking this show are people who need their entertainment to be grounded in reality and who can't suspend their disbelief. This might be my favorite anime this year, although Summer Time Rendering is also fighting for my top spot, although my enjoyment of that depends on my mental state and Spy X Family feels good whenever. Also, I am glad the KZbin algorithm brought me to you, you earned yourself a new subscriber.

As many have pointed out, this is a great starter series for a newbie. Funny, approachable, not too heavy on the tropes, and the characters are so genuine and likeable.

FYI: There’s actually some extra scenes or mini stories/missions after the credits on some episodes, so I definitely recommend checking. This first episode actually had an extra scene afterwards that I recommend watching because it’s so cute!!

I don't think you have to worry about Anya finding out Santa not being real. They actually found the physical remains of the body of Saint Nick in the coastal town of Demre in Turkey. So yeah. We now know where Santa's body was finally found.

If you look closely at the flashback of young child Loid, you will see the entire area has been destroyed. In other words, Loid was a victim of war where his town got bombed and no one was there to help them, most likely because there were barely any survivors.

For a newbie in anime world, making spy x family as headstart is so good that it will make you hooked up for long. Looking for trivia both for the anime and its manga source will make you drive crazy more. You may try other anime that may tearjerk you. Hope anime wont traumatize you 😜.

@@availabelle Hi thanks for noticing me😁 You may try the ff: 1. Your lie in april 2. The shintai works (weathering with you and the two other movies) 3. Ano hanna Those are some that I can remember watching with heavy drama feels. I haven't tried Studio Ghibli's works but mostly say its so good that 1 roll of tissue isn't enough. Another one is the 5cm per second movie. A nice but sad ending.

If you want wholesome stuff, I highly recommend K-On! series as its about an all girls music club, you'll love the characters as they're all unique and quirky. There will be times you'll cry laughing as well (just prepare a box of tissues if you must) Also a lot of people make the common misconception that Anya says "Oui" but its actually a reply in japanese that you don't hear often, and she's not the first anime character to have done this.

Premièrement, y'a autant de style d'animation, d'écriture et de genre que dans les séries filmées (l'anime n'est pas un genre; on ne dis pas que les films sont un genre par exemple ). Deuxièmement, la culture japonaise peut créer des situations qui nous paraissent contradictoires, peu morales ou gênantes mais c'est juste dû à des différences culturelles, rien de méchant. Mais une fois qu'on comprend pourquoi, on peut véritablement commencer à adorer les animés. Si tu veux des animés avec un genre spécifique, n'hésite pas à regarder des top youtubes. Mes 3 conseils perso sont Violet Evergarden, Black Lagoon et Fullmetal alchemist. 3 animés produits à 3 époque différentes. J'espère que tu découvrira d'excellentes œuvres. Pour finir, c'est une bonne vidéo. Merci ^^

one thing I notice: the "x" in Spy X Family is not the letter X, it's "vs". its Spy vs Family. an internal battle between have a real family or just use it for the mission

Nice interpretation, but it’s not. It’s just a silent “X”. Same as in Hunter x Hunter. Just something to separate the words. A bit of an idiosyncrasy with some Japanese anime.
