I was shouting out blue carrots and blue potatoes. Blue is definitely a hard color to work with.

blue-ify some red cabbage with a 'lil alkaline and make a blue slaw for a little bit of fun and if you feel like adding something a tad bit healthier than all this highly processed stuff. You can also use some of the resulting cabbage water to blue-ify some sour cream to make a dip for those chips, just don't add anything acidic to it, or it will change back to red or worse lol.

Love all these ideas! But if I’m not using salt or oil etc if not blue, I can’t use sour cream or baking soda etc to make other things blue! 🥲😞

@@SamWilder. Yep that's a problem! but then yogurt isn't blue either, nor are corn chips and candy without the manufacturers putting the dye or blueberries in so it's hard to know where to draw the line, especially with the color blue seeing as it's so rare!

If you were in the US you could've found blue shark gummies and blue cake mix. Blue potatoes, blue carrots and blueberry tea.
