I was born in May. I love socializing, but find getting ready for an event more fun than being at them. I also find after drinking alcohol, I am depressed for a couple of days. I gave up alcohol for that reason. The blues weren't worth the liquor fun for me. Journaling your mood after eating and drinking may be worth your time invested. 😊

Hi Monroe, Allow me to tell you (as i would tell my own daughter): don't be too hard on yourself by quitting caffeine cold turkey. My advice would be to wean yourself by using a proportion of decaf, starting small and increasing it until you are only having decaf or half of it. A long time ago, I used to be like you and suffered migraines when I didn't have coffee. Now, I don't even have to have it; I brew half & half a few times a week and ask for the same at Starbucks if I am killing time at the airport. Take care, my love, and good luck!🤗❤

Always happy to see a Sunday post from you, Monroe. I just can’t with the 50 part Reesa Teesa situation. She essentially moved a complete stranger in her home. She did not know him! I am just thankful that he was only pathological. He could have been violent/dangerous. He could have been ill and passed on any number of diseases and illness to her. And all it took was the promise of a nice car, the promise of a nice home and the promise of a trip to England. I hope she sees that even in all of this, God covered her with His hedge of protection.
