I Only use Oven BAGS to Cook Turkey and it comes out Juicy with Crispy skin EVERYTIME!

12 lb Turkey
2 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Dried Rosemary
2 Tbsp Dried Thyme
2 Tbsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Mc Cormick salt-free vegetable seasoning
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Accent
turkey size oven bag
1/2 white onion
2 celery stalks
5 garlic cloves
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
olive oil
8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter ROOM TEMPERATURE
bake in 325 °f oven until internal temp reaches 165°f

You probably won't believe this..... but the instructions actually said adding flour keeps the bag from bursting. Isn't that strange? How does adding flour keep the bag from bursting? I need answers lol
