You don’t need to weigh Japanese packs they’re basically seeded. Meaning your guaranteed 1 SR and 3 ARs per booster box. So if you pull all 4 hits you sell off whatever is left as there is a 95% chance they will have absolutely nothing of value. The odds of pull 2 secret rares in a booster box is around 1%. Very uncommon, not as uncommon as the sought after god pack though.

Gday! Thanks so much for checking out the boxes! As of the last few months, we have pivoted to an explusively psa graded cards in all of our mystery products. All the boxes do have the pack prices taken into account for values, as there isn't any way to know what the hits are hehe. For the japanese packs, currently there is no value gain for weighing japanese packs. The singles sell way slower than just selling sealed packs, so no real reason to weigh japanese. The hit rates are a bit tough, but due to them being from a whole bunch of different sets its going to be less likely to hit, rather than you buying out a whole row in the vending machine for instance. Honest super unlikely to get donuts from the japanese packs with the amount cracked open in the video lol. Have had people get some great results from the loose packs in the vending machine discord. Really great videos boss! Keep it up!! TASSIE GANG! Ps: boxes are $74.95 each, so a little bit cheaper than $79!

You want people to get good stuff out of your packs, as it's good marketing for a business if people share it around with their friends and on social media. If you're weighing packs as a business, it's a waste of time and money. Selling sealed products is far more valuable that singles 95% of the time. Have a video of us opening some vintage on our rip and ships getting some great results for people!

I think most people understand that getting the mystery boxes is usually a scam or just a bunch of bulk with some few dollar cards. That being said these boxes did surprise me.. Looks like it was roughly a 30% chance to make a profit (all be it not a lot) where as most companies just charge 80$ and give you a PSA 7 Reverse Holo. I also thought it was nice that you weren't just getting a single graded card, you got 2 packs, a free card, and the graded card, about a 40$ value average return on the boxes... if these were 15-20$ cheaper I'd say it's worth it for the fun factor.

Well if the mystery box company is weighing packs and sending in only the non-hits I think it makes sense to open them and calculate the individual pack values because they may not be worth what is standardized for the pack itself.

I never buy japanese loose packs. Japanese booster boxes mostly come with only 1 full art or better. So lots of companies open pacts till they pull it then sell the rest or put the rest in these things.

This is such a waste of time. They DO weigh all the Japanese packs because you have a chance of pulling god packs. Thats aside from that fact that like 75% of Japanese packs have hits in them. Whoever resealed those boxes knows they're ripping people off to the fullest.

It's not very viable to do that. Most japanese hit cards are about $5-10 AUD. so any company opening packs until they get the hit is wasting their time and money. As someone who has been full time pokemon for 3 years now. Its far easier to sell packs than singles too. So really shooting yourself in the foot by opening any of your own products as a seller.
