Trust me, I've been feeling the pain of the Pikachu packs as well - he's the only Immersion Rare I'm missing, and I'm trying to get the remaining rares I need for filling out the Kanto dex mission, but the packs have not been kind, so I've defaulted back to other packs until I have enough hourglasses for a ten-pack pull.
