Least there’s some countries that don’t let them get away with it (Netherlands and Belgium don’t allow loot boxes). Other countries have some sort of restrictions (France), but Valve found a workaround with the p250 X-ray Otherwise, they get away with it the same way casinos do

Valve doesnt decide the price for skins only its rarity so you cant blame valve for these odds. If knives were more common to get opened they would also be more cheaper. Its open market and players demand makes prices for skins
