possible but people are very drained from the recent flood of op08+mega hype op09 + prb01. Even the op08 case, i see some sellers are selling at $350+ now. i wont be surprised that people are still recovering and op10 is not performing well. and like you say, this could start to see the downturn of op cause it is the 1st time that op cases are below preorder prices and some sellers are quitting the game.
