For grading, you can just buy a laminated jewelers card that you can use to measure your own centering, get a lamp, and use your phone for magnification to check for everything else. PSA seems the gold standard for Pokemon cards.

okay so list of things needed to start is Envelopes tape penny sleeves top loader thermal printer workstation/desk what else am I missing? besides a credit card with cashback bonus

I use my thermal printer for labels for big boxes, so not super needed to start, however some sorta eco tank printer or super ink efficient laser printer would be good, and other than that, some inventory, i also wouldnt recommend going into debt, however if you pay off the CC then yes the cashback is nice for sure! Other than that, there isnt much else you need to start (that i can think of rn) just know progress is slow and steady! Best of luck brother
