I love the forgotten realms collectors. I know the set wasn’t the best and the pulls from the collectors aren’t the greatest cards with no good list cards BUT something about them I just love which is why I’ve done 4 collectors boxes of packs so far and every couple months I pick up another in the hope of a full set of foils through pulls

This video is just what I was needing as an entertaining thing to watch while doing work. I had to click when I saw the classic youtuber thumbnail lol. Personally I love strixhaven collectors, just for how good the japanese art cards look. Stunning. I like the large variety openings, so I can't wait to eventually join the patreon to get my name in the hat for some of these openings. Keep up the good work!

just watched the video Joey, awesome man. took me a few sittings while doing work but some of those packs brought me back, especially to the people I've met art wise because of this game. Even if a card wasn't valuable I remember being there when a friend announced it. or got their first card revealed. such an awesome experience to see cards through the years. bells and whistles are awesome, but this game has given so many people I know their start in the art world. Also seeing older cards and their growth as an illustrator. it's friggin cool.

14:25 the double feature is noted to be one of the worst sets because it was literally nothing new and the made some cards and full art lands black and white like old school horror and a lot of people didn’t like it

My favorite of the collector packs was Commander Legends, just for the abundance of foil Commander staples. Second would be Unfinity for the galaxy foils and shock lands. Though I am enjoying the Foundations collectors

To answer your question about favorite collector boosters set my vote goes to Phyrexia: AWBO cause it offers my favorite commander Atraxa in the some of the gorgeous arts and foilings. The DMR and RRM are amazing, honestly the remastered packs are great, the only thing that close to Old School Magic is foundations. But if I could open one standard collector pack it would be WOE.

One crazy thing is of all those packs you really only had box/case hits in the Lotr Special edition (foil poster and surge Coffers) and that sad Expedition in Zendikar. In all the other packs, no textured, Japanese showcase, raised foil, serialized, foil Shattered glass etc... Hoping you'd get at least one crazy huge hit.
