Saying "I owe you my life" in my latest video was not only in gratitude to those around me but also intended for the many thousands participating in the heartwarming and exquisitely crafted videos by Reflections Of Life. And the words I whisper to my daughter about enjoying each stage of her life is the advice I would most like to give, from the perspective of a long and full life, to anyone inclined to ask me. Finally, an emphatic YES! In the long, sometimes sombre hours of the night I do read all your comments avidly and gain an extraordinary comfort from them. I am humbled and strengthened. What I love about Jenny is her heartfelt honesty. That makes a huge difference in listening to life stories, doesn't it? She doesn't mind saying, "I might be wrong!" I wish I could be more like her--I am almost 80 and have lost my husband and my son. I take on huge projects I may never finish. The only person I am close with is my daughter who struggles with her own life... Her honesty is delightful, I love what she told her daughter, "love the age you're in and the stage you're in." I think too many just want to move on to the next year, life will be better next year, when we need to enjoy each and every moment of our everyday lives. The ups and the downs, live in harmony with all of it. Sure we have regrets, but those regrets are lessons in life. They are there to help us grow spiritually. I hope Jenny has medication for her arthritis and the pain has gone. Jenny's videos help to reassure me when the load is almost too much to bear. My Mum couldn't love me properly after my older sister died. Jenny has enriched my life with her honesty and openness, sharing her life lessons. Having arthritis too ,I understand the need for healing and learning to live without the severe pain and mobility issues. I changed my diet to eat celery ,sour cherries, all types of berries and vegetables daily. Sour cherry juice is a great blessing too. Also, I hydrate with fresh clean water often and eliminate caffeine, sugar and artificial sweeteners completely. I also eliminated all shell fish from my diet and smoked meats and salmon.
