I buy storage units also and I have whatnot already to go but im nervous to do a show because im not sure how whatnot works from the moment of sale. And not sure about weight of items, do I weigh everything before selling and like you organize by weight. So wish I could just swing by and get advise from you, but im in northern Colorado

I tried buying a storage unit once I said you can throw everything in the dump and then I went back and bought it thinking there must be something hidden in there I believe they put stuff from the other lockers that was garbage the owners of the locker system seem to have done this after I looked it over this is voice typing the way to look at this is when you pay $2800 you have to sell 28 1 hundred dollar items out of the unit

Well idk yet for my taxes for this year etc etc . Because that was year to date . I know in 2023. I got 675k in 1099s i wrote off everything i could including my truck for 80+ k. Leaving me at 187k profit . Which cost me 72,000 in taxes . It’s hard to definitively answer that but ima try do a video soon of the costs of my year
