It's tree sap, I have the same issue at my apt complex. You have to scrub brush it off, pollen is just a powder that wipes off, both are annoying though

Would have told them you want the stuff you could pay for it because the whole point of the storage unit being abandon is they stop paying and leave it alone but they thought of well let's wait for someone to buy the unit and then we won't have to pay to get our things its called praying on someone that is willing to let a person take advantage you paid for it and that's that but the fact that the owners of the property allowed them to go talk to you instead of showing up in person and talking to you for them while giving you some of your money back I mean like you said $1000 in clothes well you paid over a $1000 for the unit so they should return $1000 since you purchased it and they're trying to claim their property after you already paid for it

Enjoy your blogs, is the Starwars starting to, way over saturated on the market atm, I'm sure what you have IS going to sell sept 5th but I'd start to move away from it a tad after. Unless you start eBaying some as I think they'll start to fly out your door way to cheap. It's resellers buying all the graded at a cheap rate to triple there money, most of your follower's don't get a look in. So people are moving away from it.
