Hey Lauren, I don’t know if anyone has told you, but tip, hitting villagers with your net makes them stay. What you have to do is ignore them by not talking to them, which means you can’t hit them with a net three times because that counts as an interaction. Just don’t talk to anyone you don’t like. It actually worked for me!

NO!!! Its been proven that ANY kind of interaction improves your friendship with them. Even if its a mean interaction. Block his butt in the area you have his home, dont let him roam around and DONT interact with him. Just ignore him until he gets those thought bubbles. The thought bubbles will be one of two things. Either he wants to gift you or he wants to move. Then you can tell him to move.

15:32 There's an easier way to make them leave but it might take a while, you put fences as close to their house as possible and pay no attention to them, don't hit them, don't talk to hem, nothing. When you See them looking sad with a bubble thing above their head you go talk to them and they'll ask to leave. This is technically quaranting them until they can't take it. MAKE SURE no other villagers can talk to them so they feel left out. It might be a mean way but in about 10 days or more they'll want to leave(This can take up to WAY more than 10 days but it's guaranteed to work) And yes after you fence him in talk to all the others

The way to get rid of a villiger is not to hit them because that is making them talk to you, what you must do is to ignore them and soon they will have a bubble cloud over there head and you talk to them and they sometimes say they want to move, don't hit them I know ppl say you should but it is not in the game code. You should know that they say if you hit a villager enough they will leave but that is not true. There are multiple sources that say that. Because you are still interacting with your Villagers when hitting them with a net, because their friendship doesnt go up or down when hitting them. The only way to force a villager to move is to just pretend they dont exist. You could hit villagers in other animal crossing games to force them to move in the past but they didnt include it in New Horizon. Also I can say this confidently that this doesnt work cause i tried it myself and it didnt work.

No! if you keep hitting them with your net, it makes them talk to you, and if they keep talking to you, they wont move. If you want them to move, you pretty much have to just fence them in there house until you see the little thought bubble over their head! I just want you to have your island full of dreamies lol
