I paid 3k for a 4.8 V8 Porsche Cayenne S 957 with the off-road package

I got lucky with this one, offered to me cheaply as it needs some work. So much car for the money. I'm chuffed with it.

They should be decent off road but they do look a bit limp. They drive nicer on 20's so I might pick up a spare set of alloys

Hi James, I'm actually in Caerphilly. I still haven't taken this off road, I was planning to but it has an ABS issue I need to fix. MOT is up now so I either fix it or break it for parts.

@@Escygt the popularity of these is growing now, especially with a few UK and EU companies supplying off road modifications. I would say fix and advertise in the right places - it would be snapped up in a heartbeat with those options. If you do decide to break though, do get in touch. I'd be interested 👍

isn't all cayenne's have dif locks, if i check second hands cars they all have this button on the mid console. Or is it still something different?

They all have a center locking diff, the rear locking diff is a very rare optional extra

I think the air suspension is a must have but it can become a pain if it develops issues later on in life.
