Those are wheels from a Civic HX. It was the lightweight, fuel-economy model before Honda started making hybrids. They were a favorite of poor tuners because they look like Buddy Clubs or Type R wheels and could be had for relatively cheap. They’re even made by Enkei (it should be stamped on the back somewhere). I had a set on my 99 Sedan way back in the day.
