A tank setup that's much better than the bulwark is the sotd for its spec. It's best with a spectral/ely but even a granite or crystal shield is amazing. Just camp prot range in black dhide and you're covered on all 3 sides of the combat triangle long enough to get to safety. Works a lot better in multi when you're dealing with multiple attack styles at once too. Only issue is it needs spec so something like vetion with dwh won't work.

Retards who can't switch prayers against pkers camp melee for a reason, and this spec not only has more damage soaking than the overhead but it can be stacked with overheads. The combination of the sotd spec and range overhead eliminates literally all KO potential of maxed players for a full minute, it is literally unfair to pkers. You do this combination with high mage def armor like black dhide and you are home free, since magic has the least dps and KO potential especially at high levels, and its biggest utility in freezing depends on the accuracy roll of the attack which the protect mage overhead does nothing to counter. That's why I also use augury with this setup for that extra mage defence. Even brainlets like you could do it.

If you are running runelite you can instant world hop by just pressing 2 keys on your key board. I have mine set up as follows, I have the camera set to WSAD and my instant hop is control shift. I have yet to be pk'ed and I run glories all the time.
