Harry May I put this on here so Ben can see that his videos are doing some good, I think he deserves to know. Also, other people may be reading these comments who are struggling and it's always useful to see that recovery is possible. My story isn't a sob story, because I beat my demons. It would be different if someone said they were obese, because they weren't almost dead and weren't also battling serious depression, anorexia kills more people than any other mental health issue and it's people like you who means they're not taken seriously. If someone else commented saying these videos helped them to tackle binge eating, bulimia or any other eating disorder you can be damn sure I would be there applauding them instead of bringing them down because unless you've done it you don't have a clue how much strength it takes. You wouldn't be commenting this if someone said they'd beaten cancer so how is an eating disorder any different? An illness is an illness and they're all as debilitating.
