I remember being so obsessed with this game all over again when reignited release. I was working a job that i hated so i ended up getting this game on the thursday it released and around a full time job had it completed and platinumed by the saturday evening. Such happy memories playing the original trilogy as a kid.

I was on my honeymoon when it released. I couldn't wait to play it lol. I completed the first one and hardly touched 2 and 3. Earlier this year I got the itch to play and beat them both in about 3 days after work lol. Such great games

The whole trilogy was part of my childhood. My favorite game in the trilogy has got to be Spyro 3 year of the dragon Fun fact: Tom Kenny actually voiced Spyro!. Yeah the same actor that voiced SpongeBob for over 20 years It was one of the first Spyro games I've ever played as a kid, by the way I platinum's all three games before you did, that was back on the PS4

I also never played as a kid and after playing them recently I can confirm theyre massively fun as long as youre someone who likes 100% completing a game and not just completing the levels. I would also advise that you go for the plats if you play them as it makes the game more fun imo

This trilogy was the second game I platted on Twitch 3 years ago. I think the hardest part for me was the minigames the flight missions in spyro 1, the races in spyro 2 and the god%$#@ skateboard missions in spyro 3. What I disliked about the flight missions is it doesnt give you the freedom to go for certain objectives your way. If you want the All In 1 challenge for the gems you have to go a specific path and even then there is little room for error as you are timed. What I disliked about the races was how unforgiving it was. If you missed one speedboost consider the run dead. While you can shoot rockets at the racer in front of you to stun them for a brief time the winning strategy is making every speedboost. Lastly what I disliked about the skateboarding was how janky it was. Often times I would crash and break my board in a way that I felt wasnt really entirely my fault. The most annoying part was the skateboard races and while I did find then slightly better than the flying races of spyro 2 there was still a level of jank to them. It was clear to me that making the skateboard mechanics function better for the gamer had a lower priority to the game design of the rest of the game to the developers. Still all in all it was a good time.
