Skywalker Saga is up there as one of the most tedious platinums I've ever gone for. I get they wanted to make it epic, but they forgot to make it even slightly fun.

​@@MayorHairBearI don't know I find the Skywalker Saga to be the only real Lego game aside from the Complete Saga and Lego worlds to be incredibly fun. I think it gets tedious because it's a Lego game but I 100% of it at 102 hours. I think it's just because it's so long and if you go for completion you're often just trying to get it done as fast as possible so you don't enjoy the game as much as you could. It's like in a fighting game if you only play to win and try to take shortcuts to get to your goal you end up burning yourself out on it and if you slowly build up your strength. I do admit that the Skywalker Saga is a bit long and if you've played other Lego games normally they don't take you but maybe 25 hours to 100%. But maybe it's also because I have not played every single Lego game and the Skywalker Saga was the first one that I actually got super invested in. Currently completing the original Saga now and I can tell it is a lot more digestible. There's something a little bit more easy-going with completing the Complete Saga and it doesn't help that there's more variety in the Complete Saga as well in short bursts. Overall I don't think it's really tedious to complete the Skywalker Saga just a lot more demanding if you want to do it in a quicker time.

The 17,000 studs achievement/trophy in Skywalker Saga isnt as random as you may think. 17,000 credits is how much Obi-Wan agree to pay Han and Chewie for taking him and Luke to Alderaan in A New Hope Obi-Wan: "We'll pay you 2000 now plus 15 when we reach Alderaan." Han: "17 huh? Okay, you guys got yourself a ship."

The ground battles in clone wares is easily some of the most fun I’ve had in any of the Lego games, especially in multiplayer pvp. It’s such a shame we never got it back in any of the later Lego Star Wars games, especially now that online multiplayer would be a technical possibility

I recall you uploading the last segment of this video a bit ago (I still watched the entire video, I promise) and I believe I said then and will say again now, I don't intend to go for the platinum but there is the faint chance I'll eventually get it, so we'll see if I bother once I've finished the general game. Yeah the Lego Star Wars: Force Awakens game had a few glitches with achievements. The dodging traps 1 some ppl had 2 reinstal game (talking aboot the PC version), either the perfect blocking with Kylo Ren of Rey's shooting was a very buggy 1.

​@@MayorHairBear I had those 2 glitches, the perfect blocking 1 was super annoying, as you had 2 keep walking towards that part 1st. While with trap dodging it was a bit faster 2 do things, but i am glad i didn't have the glitch that deep that i had 2 reinstal the game. But the Skywalkers saga 100%ing was indeed overbloating. But i get you have some missions were you had 2 go 2 a diff planet, but the smuggle ones were a bit overkill, especially you get "ambushed" so many times during each of those missions. I have been busy 100%ing the Lego games last couple years myself, including the 2 single players ones, Lego World, etc. I am now on the Lego 2K Drive (pretty boring 1), so still need Lego Fortnite, the Lego LoTR (going 2 finish that 1 with a friend because she is a Tolkien fan), Lego Jurassic World (want 2 do that 1 last, as mine younger brother (whom drowned when i was young) loved Dinosaurs), Lego Harry Potter Collection (what have diff achievements from 2 separate version, both that i have finished), Lego Dimensions (but finding that game complete and cheap won't be easy, especially with scammers online and witj 2nd hand game store is even more luck needed) and Lego Horizon Adventures. Did know that if want 2 play Lego Horizon Adventures you need a Playstation account if you want 2 play it on Steam/PC. What is a pretty dumb decision, even though i have Playstation account, not everyone have. Either which collection of Lego games would you like 2 have the Skywalkers treatment? like all the Batman ones or Marvel ones or Indiana Jones ones or Tolkien (LoTR/Hobbit) ones, etc (although they did say they won't be using same engine as it was awful 2 work with apparently, so next remake would be a bit diff). Rumored is that Lego Harry Potter is next.

Dynasty Warriors 7 was my first platinum that was a massive grind. I actually enjoyed Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga. Grind and all. It was definitely a more enjoyable grind than Dynasty Warriors 7.

I really hope for a new LOTR game, but honestly I hope it's barely like Skywalker Saga. I just couldn't really enjoy it as much as previous Lego games. With how close the camera is, it felt more like playing a 3rd person shooter rather than a lego game and due to the classes, you could trim about 80% of the character roster due to all of them being what basically amounts to carbon copies of every other character in their class. Skywalker Saga, to me, felt like mostly quantity of quality, but I can understand that a lot of people enjoy the game for what it is.

With the "Greatest Pilot I Ever Met" Trophy from LSWTFA, it probably remembers if you hit a trap between playthroughs, so if you hit one in your first attempt it thinks you hit one every other time you play it until you soft reset
