I use the big holes leftover from mining silver to tame the wolves! It works absolutely perfect! I hang around at night time until I find a 2 star wolf and they follow you right into the hole

Not sure if this is a well known fact but in my experience in Valheim, I've noticed that enemies like abominations and the Elder are much more susceptible to axes being that they are basically sentient trees. More enemies may share this weakness however, I am uncertain. Also, stone Golems are weak to pickaxes.

1:54:08 honestly when it rains on and off while sailing I think you're going in and out of the Ocean biome and it WANTS you to fight a serpent, which only spawns in the Ocean, during the night or during a storm. So if it's been a while, going in to the Ocean you're basically most likely to get a sea serpent spawn.

2 1 star boars and a 2 star and then a rancid remains in the first burial chamber? What a seed haha. After watching some more this is truly a blessed playthrough, very lucky. After Bonemass I always have his power activated. I think the mountains would have been much less troublesome if you were able to activate it in the wolf hunt.

You can actually get like 2.5+ stacks of copper from a single node. it goes a lot deeper than just the surface deposit, but it takes a lot more time and effort. In the end you get lots of stone for crafting and lots of copper for upgrading 😋 and a big fat whole in the ground too lol

Those multiple star boars (2++) can be captured to breed other multiple star boars that give good mats. But I think later when you can, ya don't need them anymore. 😅

Don't know if its pointless (as i am on 34 minute mark) but about trolls - dagger and spears are good against them and blunt is not because enemies in valheim have weaknesses and resistances. Troll weakness is pierce type of dmg (arrows very good - more dmg to the head, spears very good, knifes good). That arrow hit did additional dmg because it also hit in the back of the enemy. It's also why a lot of people die by not blocking but trying to doge attacks - they get hit in the back which is always devastating. And that troll in 33 minute mark was so weird because you chessed him - pathseeking for that troll was obtused by trees and stones so by strafing you reseted his path multiple times so he was dancing around and getting hit by arrows.

Using torches is good for scaring away greydwarfs. At least get them to hesitate. Also, arrows might be better for dealing with ghosts

Enjoyed watching this vid. Valheim is such a good game to watch. Would have preferred you to play on a harder difficulty as you seemed to blast through the enemies very quickly. Watching you despair at a harder difficulty would have been great. Maybe ultimate hardcore run next?

I usually play games on harder difficulties, but in this case I wanted to see how far I could get in 100 days on standard settings. I can see myself doing more difficult runs in the future, but I definitely plan on playing other games first. Perhaps after the game is fully released with the frozen north biome? We'll see.

Oh man, watching you use clubs on Trolls, who are resistant to blunt damage, hurt me. Bronze atgeir is the way to go for the bronze age. Plus, once you get the karve you can go look for Leviathan to find Chitin. This allows you to get the Iron Age knife that's build on the workbench.

Do not use the porcupine for the mistlands all of the insects are resistant to all physical damage so its better to use frostner. Another thin is that the silver sword is more effective than the iron mace against moder because of how much more damage it does.
