Subway surfes is "slow" because it has a quest system which rewards you with currency and levels, latter is important because it automatically scales your "speed multiplier." It's a pretty hidden stat that newcomers and casual players won't notice. I think from lvl 30 onward subway surfers starts pretty fast

Fun fact I met the creator of temple run when I was on vacation in Hawaii. We were at a pineapple farm on a tour which was incredibly boring. Really the only memorable part about it was meeting him. There is a new Temple Run in making named "Temple Run: Adventure". I just got the beta invite. It is a bit different like having to use different clothes equipment to overcome different places e.g. special shoes to protect from poison. Also, there is no left or right its like subway running straight. The powerups are bit different. There is no one chasing. It is very buggy and fonts, sizes of elements of game are disproportionate. Hope they improve and add some more excitement to it.

The original Temple Run is SO FUN but the issue I've always had was there'd be these parts that were literally just impossible. You'd have to jump over a tree only for there to be another tree you'd have to jump over at the EXACT SPOT where you'd land. 32:55 What's wild is that PvZ2 game actually held very long before succumbing to the f2p curse, it truly did, at first it started with pvp arena but it felt fair still, but then everything changed when plant levels appear then Penny Pursuit and somewhere in between the arena plants started to become way stronger than regular plants. Quite tragic end to PvZ2 which is why despite actually having all gemerald plants and some event one's I just left the game, felt like it was sucking da soul out of me, and that also made me dislike most mobile games even further. 😅

When you say you’re doing the bloons series, I’d recommend the Ninja Kiwi Archive for the original flash versions of bloons, Bloons Tower Defense 1-5, and Bloons super monkey (the app Bloons Super Monkey 2 is different from the flash version.) but the city game on steam is the same as the flash version from what I can tell. Hope my confused ramblings help.
