I have 999,999,999 in my account no hacks. If you want max bells, just go to a treasure island (there should be a bunch of treasure islands on twitch) and in a certain area/island there are a bunch of material, and there should be like a couple stacks of gold that you can take home to your island and sell (but you're going too have to visit a couple times because there are usually only 6-8 stacks of gold per treasure islands):D.
