For those who don't know in the Stardust Crusaders OVA from 1993, Dio attempts to crush Jotaro with an oil transport truck instead of a road roller, I have no idea why the team behind the OVA chose to do this, maybe it was easier to animate to reach their deadline or something.

All Star Battle was a wonderful experience. Playing online was always a treat because it seemed like most people just wanted to have fun with other JoJo fans. I'd love to see it come back, especially if they did like a Street Fighter style update that tweaked everything, added more characters (especially from Part 8), and maybe added a new mode or something. Basically something between a remake and a sequel.

I am honestly a fan of JoJo: Eyes of Heaven and really wish one day that it gets a remake or animated adaptation. If EOH does get a remake or reboot (or whatever) they need to make where you start off Part 1 and through the Part before Araki inevitably dies normally, until you unlock the Eyes of Heaven story, which is the original EOH but expanded and more explained in terms of the multiverse concept in the JoJo universe. Also, this is just me, but rather than Jotaro beating Dio at the end should be Jonathan Joestar in the remake/reboot, but with a new Stand to help Jonathan beat Dio. In a nutshell, Jonathan should be the one to defeat Dio as a way to say "This is payback for killing me in the original time-line and for everyone that you've threatened and killed." as a callback to Parts 1 and 3 when Dio was a major threat in those parts. I don't mind Jotaro being depicted as the one to gain another ability and defeat Dio, I just think Jotaro upgrading to Over Heaven would make him too OP since he already has the ability to stop time.

Plus, Over Heaven DIO should have recuperated his previous vampiric abilities as well as the potent regeneration he had back in Part 1, making a fight by phases (initially , Jotaro cripples The World Over Heaven, but DIO uses his eye beams to injure Jotaro in a cheap shot... and thus starts the final round between him and Jonathan, who has to finish him off before he gets the use of his hands back...)

but we can all agree HFTF is better than ASB, because Road roller is just a cutscene with damage in asb while in hftf, you have full control in the start up as Dio flies up, and then when the flash comes on, you have to block otherwise youre under the road roller, its such a cool animation while you have the power to prevent it, in ASB, its just a cutscene you have to sit through

I've played Jojo's Pitter Patter Pop at day 1, it's a great gacha puzzle game that has a lot of strategy, theres no real story in the game though when part 5 was airing, they were slowly releasing characters/teasing characters each week when a new one came out (same with the Rohan OVA), each character had their own skill that would can be charged while in game, each skill has their own fancy animations (and sometimes voice lines!) but the real main reason most people stayed playing it was doing Score Attacks, basically competing to get the highest score on a 2 week fight, people had strategies and metas kept on changing, it was fun though sometimes it really limits players since you'd need to have high level characters (ie getting lucky with gacha drops) tho there was a great community that had a bunch of guides with tutorials and such. Sadly i stopped playing when they released "stickers", another layer to minmax unit on to get the highest possible damage, at that point i got too lazy to farm them so i just gave my account and stopped, it was really fun though, seeing new characters get released and seeing if their abilities break the meta or not, sad to see that it has closed down, was one of its kind, if you want more info about it, the Jojowiki has every character in it, and theres a channel called "Dimes 4 Crimes" which had a lot about pitter patter pop.

Taking part 3 DIO for example: His stand-off mode is full of movement options such as >A move that allows you to Walk towards your opponent with some invincibility, and a light/med/heavy variant, with the heavy making Dio hit the opponent if he walks into them >Teleport closer the opponent and strike, variants are: short, far, and fakeout >Drink blood from the opponent (and have Dio say "this is the greatest high" if it's a joestar lol) So stand off DIO is a bit more about getting into the position you'd like Stand-on DIO relies heavily on The World, having only one move that actually moves you,which would be a teleport punch. Then you have non stand users >Hamon users (Young Joseph, Caesar, William, Lisa Lisa) While not having an alternative mode, they can charge their hamon, filling up the HHA/GHA Meter, the meter can also be spent to power up attacks, with hamon variants of moves typically being pretty good. >Pillarmen Pillarmen do have an alternative mode, however it doesn't change their moveset, rather, it adds effects to their attacks, I'm Not 100% sure but i believe kars is faster, esidisi adds fire to their attacks, and wamuu...idek. >Spin/horse (Gyro) The horse style is just about the only other Mode-changing style in the game, with gyro, it allows him to swap between his grounded mode that has him trying to trip up the opponent, to the horse mode, that has him performing powerful horse-based attacks that usually knock down the opponent alongside having heavy damage. Spin/horse(even in Johnny's case): Gets rid of ground-based moves in favor of slower, more powerful horse attacks

JJBA SNES has a hard 50-day time limit once you leave Japan, which does follow the original story but is kinda beans in an RPG where you might need to grind for money and every inn refill costs you a day. The plot also takes some... liberties... like fighting Gray Fly at Jotaro's school, Strength being a mansion instead of a ship, Polnareff is a bookstore owner in Hong Kong, Devo is actually Rubber Soul in disguise, and Jotaro realizing his time stop powers by finding a magical cap in Dio's basement. Yes, really. As an RPG lover I wish it was better but it's just not lol. As for Heritage for the Future, some characters have "remote" Stands that can be controlled independently from themselves, like Devo and Kakyoin. Also it plays so well because it was made by the king of fighting games, Capcom. It basically plays identically to Street Fighter.

4:23 Just take a look at the ground to dodge that. Also one game I can say you missed out on was Diamond records, one of the mobile games that shut down. It was gacha Jojo basically but a surprisingly quality one that played like a 3D beat'em up (as in moving in every direction, not just models) it translated some characters pretty good and had content up to part 4. Sadly some higher up thought it'd be a good idea to change the gameplay to rpg of all things and a lot of players pretty much bailed. They later partially brought back the old beat'em up style and started adding part 5 content as the anime came out but by then it was too late. Oh also the drop rates were terrible, i still managed to pull a 0.001% chance Dio though lol
