Back at the start of 2021 I started my Final Fantasy X playthrough on my twitch, and to say that I loved it is an understatement. Even as I edited this together, it made me realise how truly charming and wonderful this game really is and I am grateful to have experience it with very nice people in chat!

Interesting fact: in Japanese, she doesn't say "I love you"; she says "Arigato", which is "Thank you", but it carries so much more weight than just a simple thank-you after everything they've been though. I think either way, it's obvious she loved him, but I actually liked the subtlety of the Japanese version better; it just seems to fit more with the ever polite/proper Yuna we adventured through the game with.

It's great to see someone have the same reaction to the game as I did when I was 12 years-old. This was the first game I begged my parents to let me skip school for so I could play it immediately upon release. I really think it was a game that helped emotionally develop me as a child. And to this day I replay it ever few years. Easily my favorite RPG of all time even though I know it isn't the best. Didn't really except to type a long ass comment like this, but just really cool to see someone experience it for the first time in such a genuine and authentic way that was emotionally nostalgic for me.

This is my favorite game of all time and watching you play it made me feel like a kid again. I even teared up a bit even though I've known what happens for 20 years now 😅. Enjoy having Zanarkand, hymn of the faith and even Luca getting randomly stuck in your head for the rest of your life!!

This is still a Tear jerker lol... But even with this new generation people play this and didn't fully understood the ending... They ask ether why is he disappearing or why he had to go? Simply put tidus never existed at all he was nothing more then dream that the areons dreamt up same with his father....

kind of like the main protagonist of Chaos;Head/Chaos;Head Noah. in the end he was nothing but the delusion of an old man brought forth into reality via a supernatural power. Things that never existed can't stay in existance they have to end.

oh man. Watching people play old games for the first time is rough. Complete lack of understanding is sad. This is one of the first fully voice acted games in general, but the first FF voiced game. Cut it some slack. It's not that bad. Yeah there's weird things here and there, but the overall delivery was good throughout the game.

FF X is my favorite game in the series and I've played through it multiple times. I even taught myself to play "To Zanarkand" on piano. Needless to say, I love this game. It was a real joy to see you fall in love with a real classic.

This is one of the first games I ever played on my PS. This game broke my heart more than once. To see Yuna cry, to finally hear her say the words: "I love you" This was and always will be so emotional. I'm so in love with the story and the love in this game. And now, even after playing this on every PS is ever owned (2-3-4-5) after all these years, this game still makes me cry. This game will always be one of my favourite games ever and will always keep my smiling and crying. And to end with one of Yuna's Final quotes in the game.... The people and the friends that we have lost, or the dreams that have faded, Never forget them. I will never forget you. Thank you, Final Fantasy X, for everything.

Idk if anybody noticed but ffX an ffX-2 both give opens for the uncreated ffX-3 even the full 6min song 1000 words does as well. But not the point best ff game ever and once you get hooked it stays with you forever the game is perfect, loved your reaction

Such a great story line in the final fantasy franchise. Even after all these years this game will still make me cry at the end when he says good bye and yuna says she loves him. This game is truly a masterpiece.
