I played Juno for 7 days. Here's what I learned...

EDIT: Recently I've been studying Juno a lot, by watching and analyzing how is she played by pro players in OWCS and as it turned out Juno is actually pretty strong rn when used in right comp and with good team coordination. Basically you run a really glass canon like comp witj Juno, Ana / Brig backlie and Dva and you boost dva with Juno's hyper ring so she can get on enemy team backline within seconds. So Juno is really good for that comp/playstyle, but its really hard (maybe even impossible) to pull off with random ppl on ranked, so I think I would still choose other supports over Juno for playing ranked solo. If shes just worse than Lucio why are pro teams picking her over Lucio?

@@RecklesslyPessimistic after watching more pro games and analyzing them, now I know the answer. Basically dva right now is really strong and when you combine D.va boosters with Junos ring, Dva moves so fast like if she was tping xD. This is a really fast agro comp were you wanna speed boost your Dva with ring so she can quickly dive enemy support and delete it within few seconds. I bet that once Dva gets nerfed, pros will stop using Juno, unless they find a new way to make her viable, but we’ll see

@Skyblue_ttv another thing that Juno has over Lucio is she doesn't need to sacrifice healing for speed. She has her uses over Lucio. Honestly I can keep her speedboost up more consistently than Lucios. And she's being used in team comps that don't include Dva, so you're not exactly correct about her being just an accessory to Dva. She's not OP sure, but she's not bad, I think thats the way all heroes should be released.

@@RecklesslyPessimistic yeah, she is not bad, but there are just better heroes on flex support than Juno and on main support people will prolly still play Lucio because he has a different purpose with he’s kit. But honestly we just need to wait and see how blizzard will change Juno and what other strats with her pro players will figure out ^^
