You asked for ghost stories so here we go. I got meningitis when I was eleven and was really ill. We went to A and E but got misdirected to diarrhoea and vomiting. While we were waiting an old woman came in she was dressed weirdly and looking right at me. I asked her what was wrong and she ignored me. I asked her again and still she ignored me. Getting kind of upset I tugged on her sleeve. She looked at me, really looked at me and said. “Give me a few more minutes, dear.” And I was taken further into the hospital and the woman followed us I pointed out but people were talking too loudly and I fell asleep. When I woke up I was lying somewhere strange and there was something in my arm it was making strange noises and my head got bad. I started to cry but the woman touched my cheek and told me she was here now. I stopped crying and my head got a little less painful the longer I looked at her. She told me we could leave in a few minutes but we had to wait a little longer. I said I wanted to wait for my mum and she told me we could wait just a few more minutes. I spent so long waiting. The woman wanted me to go, but I asked to stay because I liked the murals on the walls. She never pulled me, but it was gentle insistence. I started to get up but I felt tired before the door. I fell asleep again. When I woke up I found I had stopped breathing in the night and that had set off alarms and nearly sent the hospital into a code blue. I got better but because I was little and on other things for my adhd it took them a while to get me meds. I found out later there had been no one in the room, and that my great grandmother had died that night at around the time I was in A and E.

'Love death, love cake' Me too, elderly witch in the woods, me too
@SuperSkyhorse6 ай бұрын
My favourite part of my first playthrough was learning that my wedding takes priority over any funerals, pushing them to a later date, even if timewise they should fit on the same day. I gave the mayor the deathcake, attended his funeral, and fed another cake to his wife after the funeral, then proposed the same day. So the next day was my wedding, and it would have been the funeral of the mayor's wife the day after that, except some old guy randomly died on the day of the mayor's funeral, so his funeral came first, and hers was pushed back again... the woman literally laid around dead for 3 days before the town deigned to give her a funeral. Best part is, that I adopted their kid on the day of my wedding, and decided that he is better off being a hunter apprentice, than go to school. He is now either in the woods all day, or coming to the farm late to sleep. His adult sister, the new mayor, officiated my wedding, after I literally took away all of her family within days, and she is left all alone. I never felt so unapologetically villanous. Games usually make you feel bad for doing the bad things, but here literally no one cared, that I gave some suspicious green cake right in the middle of the town square, twice, and both times those people died of poison. The little kid was happy to call me "mother", before his bio mother was even buried.

@@kbrown6635 lmao, you're welcome. It's a fun game, still actively in development and I expect it to become even better. If you bother to keep track of the villagers, it will soon become a drama better than soap-operas with father and daughter marrying a pair of siblings, having children with them and utterly messing up family ties; the nicest parents having the most evil children; or a person marrying someone who is hated by their family. Or the travesty of a good looking child growing up with male pattern baldness and the ugliest outfit possible. It's fun, I recommend speaking to and keeping an eye on everyone in town

I had some fun writing on your little poem after the carpenting contest: All the stares, the frustration, oh such a disgrace! How Morphy would like to stuff Deathcake in their face. But she could not possibly do it, her conscience told her firmly "no!". Til it struck her that, with enough whine she could let her memories go. So she packed up her cakes and went around town, noone noticed a change or gave her a frown. And when all was done and the evening struck, She lay in her bed, happy, snug as a bug. For now her whine cellar and her conscience was cleared, and when word got out, the name of Morphy was feared. Hope you like it :)

4:09 I've had a few supernatural experiences, my house I grew up in was extremely haunted. Thankfully none of the ghosts seemed malicious or evil / bad, but it was certainly spooky when things occurred lol. One experience I remember pretty clearly, though, had to do with a ghost nurse at a hospital. My brother was hospitalized due to an accident with a rice cooker (this was many years ago, he's completely fine, now, thank God.) and while I was in the waiting room with my sister, I was crying and very worried about my brother. A nurse came out and saw me and she sat with me and consoled me for a while. She was very friendly and sweet. My sister told her what happened, and she assured me by saying "Your brother will be okay, it's okay." and gave me a hug and then left. Later, my sister and I were at the receptionist desk asking when we could see our brother, and there was a board showing hospital staff who had passed. And of course, the nurse who had come to comfort my sister and I was on that board lol. Talk about working overtime, haha. I will never forget that experience, she was a wonderful nurse and I hope she's at peace. ❤

I think I might have had a ghostly experience as a wee baby... used to cry a lot or so my mom has told me... she could not figure out why, and it was only when I were put to my bedroom crib I would have those crying episodes (beyond that, very quiet baby). She tried everything from other beddings, open door, open window, something to make the room smell nice... etc. etc. Nothing worked. Eventually she asked a friend of hers that is a self-proclaimed 'Sensitive', cuz desperate for any sort of answer, and that friend of hers said that there was a presence in the room and that, whatever it might be, was causing me to cry constantly in that room. And, no shit, my mom after that just entered my lil' bedroom and said out loud - whatever ghost or spirit that might be here, will you be so kind as to GO AWAY. you're making my child cry all the time! And since then... quiet baby, no more issues. ------------- As a more spooky-personal experience, I recall having ridden the bus on the way home from post-club stuff after school and such... and it was like going towards twilight and as the bus drove, I looked out of the window beside me and saw what looked like a dark shape (could easily be a person in the shadowy shade) move along and passed behind a road-sign... and vanished as it, whatever it was, did so... like if walking behind a sheet or something covering them, but it was just a singular roadsign pole barely thick enough to hide a leg, not a full body. And I recall a gleam of yellow eyes when observing the shadowy personshape move towards the roadsign pole. No idea if I actually saw something spooky, or just a kidbrain mistaken stuff and remembering some details wrong. But the episode's stuck with me for now 20 years.

I passed on messages to all my uncles and my dad as well. They were things I should have had no knowledge of and were apparently personal. Only one of my uncles shared what I told and it was "it's okay, grandpa says he can fly now" apparently my recently departed grandfather visited me and told me to pass on his message.

I would hear it very clearly. But whenever I opened the door, it just stopped and there was nobody there.

Ghost story? Ok I was in the Bahamas at a funeral and during the 2nd half we go to the cemetery. I’m like 5 years old at the time and not rly comprehending there’s bodies in a cemetery so I sat down next to a headstone. When I looked back up, a cute little 3-4 year old boy staring right back at me with a little girl holding hands. I quickly asked “wanna play tag” and they nodded. I asked their names (god i can’t remember now for the life of me) and I had no idea what came over me it just felt automatic to ask. So as I’m running around these two tombstones with them, my mother comes to fetch me asking me what I’m doing. I tell her I’m playing tag with two friends and she’s looking at me crazy? “There’s no one there?” And I look again thinking their parents must’ve snatched them up or something. A few minutes later I went to look for them by the tombstones and I asked my ma what the names and dates were.. they were on par with what the kids told me and their ages.

watching your videos during or after work always completes my day, Morph! I’m so tempted to give this game a go sometime soon! speaking of ghostly experience, my brothers and I have dealt with doppelgängers for about a year. a little backstory is that my family and I always moved back and forth between our home country and the Middle East (living there for about 9 years in total) so it left our house peopleless. when my brothers finally lived in our familial house, my 2nd brother would be the one who would see our eldest brother's doppelgänger going into the restroom located in our living room where he plays video games late at night and he would be creeped out when our brother would tell him that he never left his room. another experience that he wouldn't forget would be that one time he was taking a shower in the master's bathroom when he looked up at the mirror only to see a lady staring back at him - he screamed and immediately went out of the bathroom. my only experience is also related to that bathroom - my parents and I came back for a short vacation and as a younger sibling, I would always challenge my brother on who gets to shower first so I followed him to the master's bathroom (I know he was in front of me) but the weirdest thing was when I reached the master's bathroom, he wasn't there. he was in our eldest brother's room this whole time so yeah. my parents had enough of the paranormal activities happening in our house so they hired a priest who does exorcism. surprisingly our house was filled with evil spirits and ghosts and thankfully, we no longer experienced any paranormal activities since then since we had to throw away quite a lot of items that "invited" these spirits into our house. :"D

I'm used to one KZbinr who does 100 to 300 days in games. I personally loved how you did this. This game needs another 100 to 200 days! You have a great talent for story-telling.

This is what animal crossing should be. The old ones had more quests. I’m in love with it and I’m so glad it works on my crappy laptop.
