Good job on the 24 hour grind. I've never done it myself, but once a friend and I took the night bus from Oslo to Stockholm and played all day in Stockholm before taking the night bus home again. And I could not sleep on the bus. lol.

Just an idea…I was actually surprised you guys didn’t Party Up! My roommate and I use it when we are out grinding and need a little motivation. Gives us a chance to be a little competitive and work towards a goal. Sometimes it’s those little things that get you through until bed and sleep can be your friend again😂

When swablu was released in February 2018 I had the strong sense of "I need this shiny" whithout any explanation, i dont even like it that much. But ever since that day I've been going hard for it, even skipping its community day since i wanted to get it "legit". It took over 1600 catches and is the only shiny mon ive actively saught after, so you getting it in this video makes me feel your grind was worth it!

You won’t catch cap at 4800 if you don’t hit your week cap at 14k first. Anyway I suggest trying this when you go to Japan. But public transit or walking only. There are a few public transit routes I use when in country. Walking stand grinding is fairly easy.

If the hard cap is still at 4800 you can do a 24hr or cap first type of challenge in Tokyo. You can cover all of the main sites in a day. I wouldn’t be surprised though if the limits change again during Gofest season.

I’m often up for 24+ hours at a time because insomnia but no way could I play for 24 hrs straight. Next time, if there is one try a more steady stream of Mtn. Dew. I highly recommend the lmt ed Baja Laguna lemonade. You won’t get as hard a crash and frazzled feeling as Red Bull.

Global release Diancie was after about 10 months after last year Pokemon Festival. How about global release Marshadow? Don't give high hopes to expect going to free by this year Halloween event because it just 3 months after global Pokemon Festival. It may be going free for everyone by next year Halloween event. Normally we have special research during Pokemon Go Halloween event. Global release ghost and fighting type mythical Pokemon will feel much more meaningful by a Halloween event special research.
