It was review bombed on Steam because of poor PC performance at release. I get people being fed up with crappy PC ports but it truly doesn't deserve the last spot on any list IMO. ALTHOUGH, it does need to be taken into account.

yeah exactly this, review bombed on release but is still an amazing game and I choose to show it off for people that simply judge a book by its cover and assume it’s going to be bad based on the reviews, i had so much fun with it!

You don’t have to take an ally with you. You just get rid of them in the mission menu. And reused enemies is always a problem in Team Ninja games. Also the reason the umbrella is a weapon is because the did an unofficial cross over with Lies of P. They put the umbrella and Puppet Saber in the game and Lies of P added armor and a weapon from Wo Long. Pretty cool.

Just recently played Wo Long coop with a friend. Was pleasantly surprised how much fun we had. I went in open minded about the game but my friend went in thinking it was going to be a waste of time. It completely won him over after a few hours.

Wow yebushou looks like if you took the world of sekiro and mixed it in with dark souls 2 terrible combat and movement but in a sekiro style. Truly a menacing combination: DS2+Sekiro

The main thing that makes these games feel so unplayable is the combat feeling so awful and like it has no impact. I get that they're usually made by solo devs or something like that but if they could just get the combat right that alone would make them playable for a lot of people. Obviously in like a bad movie sort of way but still.

Wo Long doesn't deserve to be here. It's one of the best Soulslikes out there. The only reason it's rated poorly is because it wasn't optimized.

As someone who played wo long lost dynasty I honestly think the game is bad because every level feel like the level before it but with a different atmosphere ,the game was repititve and it and the game play was kill enimes collect items and turn on the flags go to the boss hit him with your wepon run away and use magic
