The glow looks like ashes that spew from volcanoes. I got to see one when I went to Costa Rica. The hot volcanic rocks looked just like the glow in the stone.

Wow! Your “rock lab” has progressed so much since you started this channel. If I remember correctly, you started in the backyard cutting rocks , and using the water hose. You’ve got a lot of equipment. Love the progression.

Hey agate dad, if you're taking suggestions, you should cut up some Chinese geodes, I've seen them called warring states or zhanguo agates, they are amazing, love your videos!

Super cool! Too bad it only glows under UV light. I can't see having a necklace or earrings made with it, and needing to carry a UV light source to show it off. 😋 (Yooper: Watcha got der? Me: It's a rock that glows under UV light! Yooper: Uh-huh. Where deh glowing part? Me: It needs a special flashlight. Yooper: Uh-huh. You let me know when deh glowy parts happen. 🙄 ) How often do you need to change the grinding belts?
