Recipe:
- boiled carrots 2 pcs.
- boiled beets 3 small pieces.
- baked pumpkin (raw 600 gr.)
- raisins 50 gr.
- prunes 60 gr.
- dried apricots 60 gr.
- soft fat cheese 200 gr.
- zest of one lemon
- honey 1 tbsp.
- a pinch of salt for pumpkin, you can add it to other vegetables.
- tangerine juice 450 ml.
- agar-agar 7 gr.
When I added the mixture, I additionally used two more tangerines and 3 grams. arag-agar.
This salad tastes better pre-chilled.
