The main benefit I see to running Zerg while pretending to be AFK, is that your opponent can easily assume what they see is all you have since you can only build on creep. You have to do a trick that not everyone will know about to hide your production building, where Terran and Protoss can simply place them somewhere obscure.

My cheeses are like proficient 500$ cheeses you have to order from France. Cannon rushing is the cheap cheese you get off the shelf for a few bucks. I'm not ready to go that low just yet :D
