I feel like this explains a part of anxiety really clearly,for those who might not understand it. Cause I have Generalized anxiety, and the whole Over thinking things & fear that everyone is watching (when they're really not) is a huge part of the struggle. So hearing this makes me really happy,and relieved,cause someone ACTUALLY gets it! I've had anxiety since I was 13,(and I'm 18 now) and I'm constantly told by my family "everyone gets Anxious." And that made me feel really invalidated & dejected.. so this song makes me feel understood and validated & not alone anymore. I'm really grateful. ❤️❤️❤️
